Jeff Kendrew, Certified Cicerone®?, will teach you what sort of beers are good for cellaring, how to cellar beer, and what happens to them as they age.
Jeff will lead you through 10 different age-able beers. You’ll get to try amazing examples of a wide range of worldly styles by BC breweries.
The event will be approximately 1.5 hours long with more time available for mingling afterwards.
This class is the perfect preview for All About the Wood later Saturday evening at the Victoria Public Market (separate ticket required).
